Make Up Week July 1-6!

 

You have been contacted by your teacher about making arrangements for your lesson during

Make-Up Week. Here is your reminder:

Makeup Week (the first week of July) is fast-approaching!

-Only makeup lessons happen that week, and must be scheduled by calling our admin no later than June 22nd.

-Lessons do not have to be confined to your usual lesson day/time - feel free to ask about earlier/later times, based on availability.

-On Monday, July 1st, all regularly-scheduled lessons will happen as usual - this is a makeup day for Memorial Day.  Monday people, if you need an additional makeup, please call to schedule it for any other day that week. 

-Group classes remain on the schedule at their usual time, but will only be held if students have called to confirm their attendance by the 22nd, if they have missed a class in the past. 

-For all students who are already caught-up on their makeup lessons, please enjoy the week off!  

-Please remember, you must call our admin at 724-935-0505 to schedule a makeup, no later than June 22nd.  After the 22nd, the schedule for Makeup Week will be fixed, and any additional make up lessons will be scheduled around the lessons of those who chose their lesson times before June 22nd.
